So if we,in the Northern Hemisphere designate going south as heading down, googling again another type of Candor we find a town in N.Carolina named Candor that sits between China Grove and a Bragging fortress.
This is too interesting and very unusual. I would not be surprised if my location in Baltimore,less than a mile from Mike Phelps home,is almost exactly half way between Candor New York and Candor N.Carolina…………..lets see.
